Alright Day, Lots of Pain, Homeless Problem in Columbia, Bad Choice, Hezbollah Protests

Hello everyone, I am here.  Today was a pretty good day, just did not like that it was so cold.  I have been down a lot today, mostly about the same old thing, maybe it will get better soon.  I did not go to the gym today, figured I would give my body some rest but I will be back there tomorrow.  I have an appointment tomorrow with my psych and that should go pretty good.  It always helps me a little bit talking with her.  Hopefully we do not argue too much, sometimes we do and it takes away from the good atmosphere we have created.  Oh well, onto pain.

Pain level has stayed at a 9.5 today and only a few times has it reached at 10.  When I stand up my knees do not seem to work properly.  Not sure what that is from, maybe from working them out a little too much.  When I am at the gym I always try to do at least one leg workout on a machine but maybe I need to cut down the reps.  My shoulders are hurting a lot today and I have not lifted anything over my head or lifted much of anything.  Well, now onto the good stuff.

So today I am supposed to talk about local stuff happening in Columbia Missouri, which I think is a really good city, and it keeps growing.  The estimation of the population of the city in 2016 was 120,612.  One issue I would like to talk about is the homelessness problem we have in Columbia or Boone County.  It has been reported that the homeless population has gone down in Missouri as a whole but has stayed around the same in Boone County.  Here in Columbia recently, a homeless veteran shelter went up and is close to I-70 on Business Loop I-70.  It looks like a really nice facility but I have not been in there.  The people that put up the shelter took over an old motel site on Business Loop and I am happy to see re-purposing of land in that way.  Hopefully we can help the homeless problem a little bit more.  Every year for Christmas my cousin and myself take up some things to Salvation Army.  One of the items I help donate is sports cards, the kids love to play with them.

Kinda feel for the voters of Alabama, they have two bad choices in front of them.  One is an accused child molester and the other has a history with the KKK.  They cannot really win, hopefully there is a good choice for a write in candidate.  Cannot wait for all this to be over though.

As I had thought, the head of Hezbollah has called for protests against the United States.  All because President Trump said that he believed that Jerusalem was the capitol of Israel.  I am sure that these "protests" mean to target the US in attacks, that is the real meaning behind that.  I have always thought we should take care of them but to do that we would need to take care of Iran.

Well, that is all for me tonight.  I really hope all of you have a fantastic night or day, take care!

Hi Steven,
You know who is posting this, just to tell you i'm doing a lot better today.I do agree with you about the homeless problems.I think alot of the problem in Columbia,is the cost of rent and the poor or as they say low income.A lot of people can not pay the cost of rent, because of the cost of living and health care.Steven take care and have a good talk with your appointment.
