Slow Day, Star Wars Mixup, Opioid News

Hey everyone, sorry I did not write last night.  Well, Friday was slow but alright overall.  I did a little writing on my alternate history book and think I need to pick up the pace.  It will get done before too long, can't rush these things.  I did want to go workout yesterday but I couldn't bring myself to push up to the office because I thought it could rain at any time.  I think I was being a little lazy though, but that's alright.  So let me get into it.

Another sorry from me and this is a big one.  ABC News, which is owned by Disney, has come out and said the report that the stand alone movies were put on hold is not true.  Now the original report came from Collider, which is reputable entertainment website that probably does have a source at Lucasfulm, unlike most people trying to report Star War news.  What I think could be happening is that the Kenobi and Boba Fett movie are not going to be there own movies but maybe Lucasfilm is going to put those two together, maybe have Vader hire Boba to find Kenobi or something like that but I am just trying to keep things alive.  I think a movie like that would work pretty well.  Guess we will have to wait and see what happens.

The House of Representatives is at it again, thinking they are actually doing something with this opioid crisis.  They passed a pretty big bill but now it goes to the Senate and I do not think it will pass as well there as it did in the House.  I understand that this crisis is a huge thing we need to work on but I think they should be doing better for people with addictions to these drugs and to the doctors that write false scripts for opioids.  Trust me, most doctors are great but there are some bad ones out there.  Just like any profession.  As most of you know, I take opioids for chronic pain and I cannot get addicted since my body cannot make any adrenaline.  So I am lucky since addiction is not an issue I have to deal with.  My problem is my body gets used to meds to quick sometimes and they no longer work for me.  I will need to talk with my pain doctor next time about that.  Maybe try something different, hopefully it works.  Here is the article I read; http://thehill.com/policy/healthcare/393655-house-passes-bipartisan-bill-to-fight-the-opioid-crisis

I am done with this post.  I hope you all have a great night or day, take care!
