Workout Stuff, It's Not a Democracy!, Socialist Deals, Bad People
Hey there all, I hope things are going well for you all today! Things went good for me today, had another good workout. I go to the gym at Planet Fitness and if you don't know Planet Fitness is called the No Judgement Zone and there are some rules to things you cannot do or wear. For men you are not supposed to wear any stringer workout shirts, which are sleeveless shirts that are cut down a lot and exposes a lot of skin and men cannot wear really short shorts. The thing I have a little problem with is that women do not have a dress code and there are many girls that come in with just a sports bra with volleyball shorts. Both of those are extremely revealing and it can cause a bit of a distraction to the men while they are trying to concentrate on whatever they are doing. It does cause a little bit of a distraction to me but I have enough self-control that I can push that out of my mind and focus on what I'm doing. I also hate those guys or sometimes girls that grunt when they are lifting something and it is really freaking annoying, I mean, don't they understand that will not help them with lifting a thing and all it does is make them sound like an idiot. Plus, even if that somehow could help you lift that weight then you shouldn't do it, if you cannot complete the lift without using something to help then you are not doing it right and you could hurt yourself. I do try to help people when I see them doing something that isn't right unless they are one of those idiots then you are on your own. I am supposed to be helping this guy who is wanting to gain muscle but also lose a little weight. I am not sure when we are going to meet up but I am going to write up a workout plan and supplement plan for him. I am now taking my supplements, it has been about a year since I last took those and I can feel it for sure. I kind of make my own pre-workout, something that helps get me ready because I cannot normally take the kind that are sold as a pill or powder because most of those have some kind of caffeine in it and caffeine makes me tired, it works backwards on me but you would figure that with how weird I am. Well, time to get to it!
History Day! I opened up one of my favorite websites to get history ideas to write about and I seen something that makes me a little upset. This country, the United States of America, is not a democracy but we are a republic. To be a little more concise we are a federated constitutional republic with a presidential system. That pretty much sums it up. Democracy literally means Rule by the People in Latin, which is where most of our words come from. I know I shouldn't let this get to me but it does, understand the place where you live, please. I did not read the entire article that was titled "The Weakness of Democracy" because first off I could tell where it was most likely going. Saying that President Donald Trump has ruined American Democracy, blah blah blah, same stuff just different writer. I am so sick and tired of this, if there is any actual evidence of the president ripping up democracy then present it then or just shut up. It is really hard to listen to these people day in and day out. It is important to shut off the television and do other things like actually talk to people and not live your life according to those idiots on your screen because most of them are such a mess that they shouldn't even be giving advice. They finally did it, put those socialist loving democrats on record with this whole green new deal thing, I refuse to capitalize it. Anyway, the majority leader in the Senate, a man I don't like but whatever, decided to get the democrats on record with this stupid climate change deal that they were trying to stuff down our throats. While bringing the bill to the floor to vote, McConnell did make some good points about how this legislation is only good for places like Brooklyn and San Fransisco and not even thinking about the middle of the country where a large cut of population lives. AOC wants to get rid of cows, she probably hasn't even seen a cow in person before. Plus there have been photos of her eating a big juicy burger, basically saying that she is a hypocrite, plus some other names I don't want to mention here, I try to keep things clean. Jussie Smollett, another person who I am not a fan of, seems to be a lot of them lately. His case was thrown out in Chicago for perpetrating a fake hate crime and filling a false police report. Now this just goes to prove that there are two or more justice systems in this country and proves that all you have to do is know the right corrupt politicians. I absolutely hated this, so does this mean I can go out and do the same thing? No because I am not corrupt and don't really know any corrupt politicians and I will have the book thrown at me and I would have the worst punishment possible. I don't really want to talk about this anymore so my blood pressure doesn't get too high.
