Alright Day, Hatred, PR Stumbles, New Drugs
Hey there all, I hope you are doing fantastic today! My day isn't too bad, haven't done anything major today. It is just too damn cold out there right now. The high today is supposed to only be 28 today. It was very under assuming today, at one time when you looked outside you seen the sun out and it looked nice but then you went out and it was below freezing. Hate this stuff, it has to get warmer soon, right? Sorry, I hate bitching about this weather all the time and looking at the 10 day forecast it does look to get better after this weekend, hopefully. So most of my time is spent trying to stay warm and mostly stay inside. Sucks that I have to travel .1 miles to go pick up my mail, so it is normally almost .25 miles, so it gives me a little exercise. Which is good since I still have not made it to the gym yet since getting out of the hospital. But anyway, let me go on and get to it!
Hatred everywhere, at least it seems. The democrats and the left are so adamant to hate President Trump that they will be mad at him for anything. Here is an analogy I use sometimes, if President Trump had the cure for cancer in his hand he would still be hated by the left. The left is so disappointed in the hearing with Michael Cohen, that there was not any bombshells to come from him, that they will try to find anything to yell at him about. Now they, the mainstream news media, is calling out the president because he left Vietnam with no real deal in place with North Korea. I was thinking something like that could happen, sometimes it is best to walk away from a deal if you are not getting good terms. But of course they are lambasting the president for a waste of time with Kim in Vietnam. According to the talk that Congress had with Cohen they were very hurt that they Cohen did not come right out and say that there was collusion between President Trump and Russia. Also, I think they found out that the Steele dossier that the left based all this on is phony. Now they realize, what a lot of us already knew, that the dossier was just a political hit-piece. Now this is important, I am not saying that President Trump is an innocent person but some of what that dossier claimed. I think it is now clear that the Clinton campaign are the ones who wanted to leak the dossier, thinking this will win her the presidency, ultimately it didn't help her at all. So, these next few weeks will be interesting. We all know that Virginia has had some PR problems as of late but this is just something that should not have been done, who thought this was a good idea? The first lady of Virginia, so the wife of the governor, had handed out cotton to black students. First off, she should fire whoever put that idea in her head and she needs to really start thinking about what she is doing. Just ran across a cool article about the future of pain meds, it gives a few good examples. The FDA have tasked with finding a smarter and less deadly opioid.
