Good Monday, Not Good Star Wars, Crazy Venezuela, The Most Fucks in a Movie
Hey there, hope Monday is going good! My Monday has been alright. I actually got some driving in this morning, it has been pretty cool actually. Plus we have been getting a little rain, that's good but it for sure isn't enough, we need more. I was hurting pretty good today, mostly because it was overcast so bad today but I toughed through it. Oh yeah, Medicare is going to pay for my tires, the lady I had talked to forgot to tell me that all I needed was a letter from my doctor to say that they were medically necessary, just like the government not to tell you the whole truth. Star Wars Day! The next thing that is coming out that is Star Wars is Star Wars: Resistance. Sometime over the weekend I had finally watched the trailer and I am not impressed at all. First thing I do not like is the animation, looks like it is more for Japanese type manga or something, I really don't know what manga really is but it just looks different. It will air on Disney XD, don't think I will be checking it out. Maybe it will be really good, I will let others decide that. Venezuela, when will you ever learn? As some of you probably know already, there is a little crisis going on down there right now. They have an inflation rate of over 40,000% and may hit over 1 million% by years end, according to the International Monetary Fund. Their leader, Maduro, wants to release a new fiat currency called the Sovereign Bolivar which will be backed by a cryptocurrency coin called the Petro, that is based on the nations oil wealth. This move has been called illegal on a lot of fronts, one front is that the cryptocurrency is a scam. There is not any hope for this country and that makes me feel bad for the citizens of the country, which are leaving the country in droves. I hope this mess can get worked out but I do not have faith with this plan. I sometimes have these strange thoughts that happen in my head, more like questions that I have to look up. I was wondering today what mainstream movie has the highest usage of the word fuck in it. I know that one of my favorite movies ever was the champion in this way but has been topped in more recent years. Casino was released in the mid 90's and a more recent film has taken the top spot, a film that came out about 5 years ago, and is another one of my favorites, it is The Wolf of Wall Street with fuck being used 569 times or 3.16 times a minute. That's a lot of cussin', I am sure there were a lot of other "bad" words in there too.
